This 45 min guided qigong practice, begining with the 8 Piece Brocade stretching movements and followed by 30 minutes of Level 2 Qigong movements, specifically aimed at activating the flow of Qi throughout your whole body. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am Pacific. With a Platinum monthly plan attend as often as you like!

Individual Classes - Free Cancellation up to 1 hour in advance of the scheduled time. Pricing Plans - Cancel at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current period. Workshops - Cancellations 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
