This daily practice will feature one or two Spring Forest Qigong's Five Elements Healing Movements and will run about 30 minutes. You are welcome to invite any friends and family to share the experience.

Live on the Spring Forest Qigong Facebook page starting at 6am Pacific / 8am Central / 9am Eastern.
These sessiosn will feature Spring Forest Qigong's Five Elements Healing Movements and will run about 30 minutes.
Spirng Forest Qigong can be done standing or sitting, with or without shoes, indoors or outdoors - whatever is most comfortable for you. Regular qigong practice is one of the best ways to help yourself build and maintain a strong immune system, and, if you are working on a specific challenge, to help you remove any energy blockages, restore the flow of Qi, and help your body heal more quickly from any physical or emotional challenges you are experiencing.
