About the Event
Richard will be leading a class on Spring Forest Qigong's Facebook and YouTube pages as part of the Spring Forest Qigong Everyday series.
This session will feature some of Spring Forest Qigong's Five Elements Healing Movements and will run about 30 minutes.
This practice can be done standing or sitting, with or without shoes, indoors or outdoors - whatever is most comfortable for you. Regular qigong practice is one of the best ways to help yourself build and maintain a strong immune system, and, if you are not feeling well, to help you remove any energy blockages, restore the flow of Qi, and help your body heal more quickly from any physical or emotional challenges you are experiencing.
